I was angry with my friend:
I told my wrath, my wrath did end.
I was angry with my foe:
I told it not, my wrath did grow.
And I watered it in fears,
Night and morning with my tears;
And I sunned it with smiles,
And with soft deceitful wiles.
And it grew both day and night,
'Till it bore an apple bright,
And my foe beheld it shine,
And he knew that it was mine,
And into my garden stole,
When the night had veiled the pole.
In the morning, glad I see
My foe outstretched beneath the tree.

Last wish I willingly submit me to myself; Honestly, I know not why sometimes. I know I am am made from two components, A disposition to swing a certain way, And experience that prunes me into me. Trying to be my best self is a goal I have. Sometimes goals are forgotten; Sometimes goals are superseded. This best self does not exist in one form. I make it as does a tree grows flowers. I make it as does a bush grows thorns. Often times it is me getting in the way. I stop and slow the progress I start, For this I truly despise myself; I don't loath who I am, Only why I can't leap these stupid hurtles. These self manifesting hurtles. I may someday conquer me.
If we're better tomorrow than we are today, imagine what we'll be in a thousand tomorrows, it's what we'll be in a thousand and one todays. Line upon line, precept upon precept. And remember, don't try and run before you can walk. Baby steps Justin.
